You CAN Have A Spa At Home

Any bathroom can become a spa inexpensively. Here are just a few simple tips on how.

First (not optional) step is to really clean your bathroom. You'll feel much better and be more able to relax when it's truly clean.

Consider changing your shower head to a hand held with multiple options. This is easier for you to focus on those achy shoulders or sore muscles.

Add a bath pillow to lean back and relax on.

Add a shelf close to the bath tub for a soothing drink or a book. Put some greenery on it to liven it up a little.

Add candles. A bath by candle light is sure to relax most people. Make sure to add some around the tub while you're in it.

Add a CD player or something to play soothing and relaxing music on.

Be sure to pick up your favorite bath salts, bubble bath, facial scrubs and such items that are just for you to enjoy at www.candlesnbubbles.com

A quick tip for anyone from a fast shower to a long bath.

Fill a water or soda bottle with hot water. Fold your towel around the bottle. When you step out of the shower or bath, you'll have a warm towel.
